
The Original PopUp Dinner Brooklyn is Back! You thought 2019 was the last but we decided to bring it back with a brand new secret location.
Get ready for the return of Brooklyn’s most amazing and original gathering! We provide tables, chairs, entertainment and an amazing venue (past venues include Prospect Park, Brooklyn Army Terminal, Floyd Bennett Field - Aviator Sports & Events Center, Governors Island and Roosevelt Island) while you gather with thousands of friends, new and old, to enjoy an evening under the stars.

Ticket sales start Friday, April 22nd at Midnight! Early Bird Special till Sunday, May 1st 11:59 pm. Get your tickets soon before they sell out! Ticket prices will increase as we get closer to the event.

Wear your most festive "all white" attire, guests use their imagination with accessories (hats, scarves, masks, gloves etc.), prepare a delicious feast, bring your favorite bottle of wine or beer and dine and dance the night away. Show off your creativity with a show-stopping table décor that celebrates the beautiful surroundings, and raise your glass in a toast to Brooklyn's premier popup dinner event.

New to this year's event is that tickets will no longer be sold as an individual general admission ticket but will be sold as a group of 4 tickets (which translates into a half table) and 8 tickets (which translates into a full table). Also, you can pick your table on the event seating layout. No more rushing when the gates open to find a table, just look for your table number and start setting up. Multiple tables may be purchased per order but only one per color tier. All tables will receive a complimentary bottle of wine and small gift at the event.

In addition to the change on how tickets will be sold we are also adding two more elements to this year's event.
​
First, we will be adding a large photo booth area that will have a 30' wide x 8' High Step & Repeat Backdrop. Take home a photo memory and have a digital copy sent to your email.

And lastly, we are adding a table décor contest! Details are as follows:

4th & 5th Place will receive tickets to an upcoming event for up to 8 guests.

All tables are eligible.

Guests will receive a contest ticket upon entry, then will have till 9:00 pm to write the table number on the back of the ticket they believe has the best décor and drop the ticket in the contest box near the photo booth area.

Winners will be announced on Instagram @windroseproductions and our website www.windrose-productions.com after the event.

Event Schedule
​
12:00 pm: Location Revealed!
5:00 pm: Gates open.
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Guests will prepare their table and socialize with friends and family while background music is playing.
7:00 pm: Dinner begins with the traditional waiving and twirling of table napkins high in the air.
7:45 pm: Dance party begins with a live band on stage.
8:45 pm: Surprise Performance!
9:00 pm: Dance Party Continues with a live DJ on stage.
10:00 pm: Event concludes. Please clean your table and bag your trash before you leave.

PopUp Dinner Brooklyn will follow all state Covid-19 guidelines and vaccinations requirements at time of the event.

PopUp Dinner Brooklyn takes place rain or shine; unless there is extreme inclement weather; tickets are not refundable; if the event is cancelled on July 23, 2022 due to extreme inclement weather we will have the event on July 24, 2022. All best efforts will be made to present PopUp Dinner Brooklyn regardless of weather.

Guests bring their own food, drinks and table décor - including dishes, cups and utensils. Only 8-foot tables and chairs are provided.

Tables are assigned. When you arrive, simply look for your table number for your party.

Due to the presence of alcohol, this is a 21+ event. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted and guests will be asked for identification. Pets are also not allowed.

Please bring only beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks: no hard alcohol. Guests will be limited to one bottle of wine or a six pack of beer. Bags will be checked at the door.

Help us keep the venue clean; please bag your trash; trash bags will be provided.

Barbecues and other open flames such as candles are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited at the venue.

Tents and other structures are not permitted.
