Why PopUp Brooklyn? Look guys, we know these days you have a lot of choices when it comes to your summertime "dinner in white". While it's true that the original creators decided not to continue the tradition, they have given us their blessing to re-create it for you! Why? Because we were hired to produce the PopUp Dinner in 2018 & 2019, they know that we love the event and have it mastered. We will be producing PopUp Brooklyn in the same scale and fashion as it once was, with just a few small tweaks!
